Violation of Worker’s Compensation Accident Policy

Nebraska Wesleyan University reserves the right to take disciplinary action including termination of employment, without prior notification, of any employee or supervisor who does not follow the "Worker's Compensation Accident Procedures" given to all employees at time of employment and at the start of each academic year.
